Therapy for Women

This counselling work is grounded in a depth-oriented, embodied approach shaped by years of clinical experience and the quiet intelligence of women’s lived wisdom. It is attentive to the ways emotional and relational patterns are held in the body, and how healing unfolds not through force, but through careful listening and presence.

 COUNSELLING IN VICTORIA, BC

Women's Psychotherapy

Within this approach, healing is understood as a process of returning—to the body, to personal aliveness, and to a sense of wholeness that may have been shaped by experiences such as emotional neglect, self-abandonment, or life transitions. The work supports gentle reconnection with sensation, boundaries, and self-awareness, at a pace that honours each person’s readiness.

Blending Focusing-oriented therapy, mindfulness, dreamwork, and somatic exploration, this approach moves beyond traditional talk therapy. It invites a deeper attunement to inner experience—where emotion, memory, and the body’s knowing can be met with care—supporting a more authentic, self-trusting, and embodied way of being.

SEX THERAPY IN VICTORIA, BC

Sex Therapy for Women

We offer a space to turn toward yourself in a way often not supported in the wider world—a space where your inner life, body, and experience are met with care and respect. This work recognises that how you move through the world as a woman is shaped by personal history, culture, and relationships, and invites listening to what is true for you.

Grounded in an embodied, depth-oriented approach, therapy gently restores connection to your needs, boundaries, and inner wisdom. It supports a softening of self-abandonment and a return to self-trust, allowing your voice, rhythm, and way of being to emerge more fully.

I live, work, and play on the shared, traditional, and unceded territory of the Lək̓ʷəŋən peoples, represented today by the Songhees and Esquimalt First Nations. I am learning to be a respectful guest on these lands, to understand my role and impact, and to challenge colonialism and racism in my life, at work, and in community.
